TEDA Filters offer liquid filter material from coarse to micro filtrationgrade. For the coarse grade, the pore sizes are from 20~60 micron. And the poresizes can be available from 0.5 micron to 10 micron for the micro-gradefiltration. The roll width can be as wide as 1.1M, to ensure that our liquidfiltration media can be suitable for all filter cartridges with 10~40 inchesheight. The newly developed II-Series products made from sub-micron meltblownfiber (diameter <1um),  are featuredwith higher air permeability, bigger liquid flux, higher filtration accuracy,that can offer longer term of filtration life and be more energy-saving .  The liquid filtration material can be widelyused in the following industries and applications: Biopharmaceuticals,food&beverage industries, brewing, liquor-making, water-treatment, chemicalindustry, etc.

The diameter of micropore, the most importanttechnical indicator of the product, is tested by TOPAS Parameter test apparatuswhich can automatically print out the graph of "differential pore numberdistribution "We also use the Parameter to monitor the semi finishedproducts and check the end products in order to warrant the stability andconsistency of the materials. Besides Pore size, other technical indicatorssuch as thickness ,Frazier and so on are also tested and monitored strictly.Thus , all the parameters can be controlled accurately in different value rangeto meet the unique requirements of our customers .
